Payment Options

There are two ways that you can pay for your order, using a credit/debit card or by PayPal.

Paying by Card

Betterware accept the following Card types:

  • Visa
  • Visa Debit
  • Maestro
  • Mastercard
  • JCB

For information on how we handle your card details please see our privacy policy. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT.

Payment must be made by credit/debit card online at the time of ordering using one of the card types listed above or by PayPal.

All payments are handled securely by SagePay on our behalf. Your card details are not made available to Betterware and they will not be used for any purpose other than payment for the current transaction. Your payment details will be encrypted using Verisign SSL technology to ensure the secure transfer of data (please see Privacy & Security for more information). We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order, payments and method of payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to this information or any other data you may provide when ordering from the site.

Paying with PayPal

You can now also pay for your order using PayPal. To use PayPal, complete all sections of the checkout page and select the PayPal option. Once you have confirmed that all your details are correct, click the place order button.

After a few seconds you will be handed over to the PayPal website where you will need to log in using your existing PayPal account details. Once logged in, you will be able to choose the funding method for the order and confirm the delivery address details.

Things to remember when paying with PayPal

Any delivery instructions or comments that you enter into PayPal will not be seen by our warehouse. Please ensure an special delivery instructions or requests are made on the Betterware Checkout page.

When you fund your purchase using your Bank Account or an e-Cheque, your order will not be processed until the payment has cleared and PayPal have authorised us to proceed with the order. This usually takes around 5 working days. During this time, your order status will show as 'Payment Review'. If the e-Cheque or Bank funding fails, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will need to place your order again using a different payment method.
