Returning an Item
At Betterware we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return any goods that you've purchased from us please follow the returns policy detailed below.
I've changed my mind
At Betterware we are confident you will enjoy the quality of our products, so we offer all our customers a 28 day 'no quibble' money-back guarantee provided you return all the products unused and with original packaging*.
We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the products are damaged or faulty on arrival at your specified delivery address.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return products at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. Our money-back guarantee goes beyond this cooling off period to protect your interests and does not affect your statutory rights.
* This guarantee only applies to Betterware's own stocked products and does not apply to third party products delivered direct from our suppliers. These products are clearly marked on the individual product pages. The standard 14 days cooling off period applies on products delivered direct from partners/suppliers.
My item is damaged or faulty
If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within 12 months of purchase, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement product. It makes it easier to sort out if you retain the paperwork that came with the goods, but if you can't find it don't worry. Just enclose a brief note explaining the fault, tell us your name, address and email address and we should be able to find your order (if it was placed online).
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team on 0121 251 1350 if you wish to return an item. Our customer service team will be able to explain the returns process in more detail. A pre-paid label will only be offered if the goods are faulty or damaged. Securely attach the label to the outside of your parcel. Remember to write your order number on the label in the space provided, so that we know who has returned the item to us. Please also tick the relevant box on the label Replacement or Refund, so that we process your return details correctly. If you can, please also include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email. All you need to do then is simply take your item to your nearest Post Box or Post Office.
Our returns service is not a guaranteed service, so we'd strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. If your item is of a high value then we would recommend sending the item back using a traceable service such as Recorded mail or Special Delivery.
I bought my item from your eBay or Amazon store
If you wish to return an item that has been purchased through our stores on either Amazon or eBay, please contact us through the website you purchased the item from. This will speed up the returns process and ensures that you are protected by the relevant buyer protection policies offered by these websites.
