This is one of the best things I ever bought.
Tonight I cooked beef stew and dumplings.
It is perfect for long slow cooking at a low temp - 140-155 degrees fan oven- lamb shanks, topside, belly of pork - all are also melt in the mouth.
I put potatoes, parsnips, carrots, leeks, onions, etc in too - all in season now.
Obviously you have to buy british good quality meat, but since these are cheaper cuts it makes perfect sense.
