How do Unsubscribe from your emails?

The easiest way is to follow the unsubscribe link at the top of the last email that you received from us. If you no longer have the email you can also unsubscribe using the My Account section of the website:

  • Log-in to your account via the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the website
  • Click on the Newsletter Subscriptions link on the left hand side of the page
  • Uncheck the tick-box for the newsletter to stop any subsequent marketing emails
  • Click Save

Your request to unsubscribe will be actioned immediately and no further emails will be sent.

I can't log-in, what should I do?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to log-in, so try these simple troubleshooting steps:

  • Double check that you have entered your email address and password correctly (if you registered using CAPS LOCK then make sure this is turned on when entering your log-in details)
  • Check the Security settings on your Internet connection: our website uses cookies to help us process the information we need to manage your account and fulfil your orders and you might be blocking the acceptance of these cookies. There are 2 ways to resolve this:
    • Add www.betterware.co.uk to your 'safe site' list (recommended option):
      • In your Internet browser, click on Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
      • Click on the "Sites" button
      • Enter www.betterware.co.uk in the empty field and click on "Allow"
      • Click on "Ok"
      • Click on "Ok"
    • Change your Privacy setting to allow safe cookies. Please use the Browser help section for details on how to do this.
    Allowing cookies does not reduce the security of shopping with Betterware online – we use Verisign SSL certificates to manage your data securely. For further details on cookies and security, please read our Privacy and Security Policy.

Password Problems

Online security is important to us, so please choose a unique password that you don't use on other sites. Your password should contain both upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters such as !£%&? Passwords should be at least 6 characters long. If you forget your password, don't worry. Go to the sign on page and click on the forgotten password link and we'll send a temporary password to your email address. You can then use this to sign in and reset your password.

I have a promotion code but do not know how to use it

All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

  • Add your chosen products to your basket
  • Check the contents to make sure you have the right products and quantities - If the code is for a free gift, make sure the 'free' item is in your basket
  • Enter your promotion code in the box in the Order Review section of the checkout
  • Click on "Apply Voucher"
  • Your basket will automatically re-calculate the Basket Total based on the discount you are entitled to
  • Check to make sure that all your address and billing details are correct, tick the box to accept the Terms & Conditions and click "Place Order"

Only one promotion code can be used per transaction. If you have more than one valid promotion code, the website will only accept the last one that you apply. You can, however, place a separate order to use a subsequent promotion codes.

I'm getting an error message

If you encounter an error message while browsing the site, please try refreshing the page or restarting your browser. If you still can't access our website or are seeing an error message on certain pages, please contact Customer Services on 0121 251 1350 or drop us an email and let us know so that one of our tech guys can fix it.

Do I need to register to place an order?

To shop with Betterware you don't need to create an account. When you get to the checkout you will be asked if you want to register with us - if you do, simply tick the box and enter a password and we'll save all your billing and delivery details for next time. If you don't want to register leave the box ticked and complete checkout as normal. Registering has it's benefits though so we would strongly recommend that you do create an account.

By creating an account with us you receive the following benefits:

  • Your name, billing address and delivery address is saved for your next order
  • You can manage your newsletter subscriptions
  • You can view the status of your current order
  • You can store multiple delivery addresses
  • You can write product reviews

We never store your card details. We want you to trust Betterware and enjoy shopping with us online.

What is a cookie?

Cookies are small files of information which are stored your computer for record keeping purposes. We use cookies for a number of reasons, these include making recomendations based on products you'te looked at or purchased, monitor traffic to the site and most importantly to add products to your basket. Visiting the site will result in a cookie being stored on your computer. You are not obliged to accept a cookie from us and you can change the settings in your browser so that it will not accept cookies. If you do disable cookies you will still be able to browse our site, but you won't be able to place an order.

What is a the Security Code or CVV2 number?

This is an extra security measure introduced by Banks to help prevent online fraud. Only someone who physically has the card would know this number, which makes it much harder for anyone with just the card number to use online. The Security Code or CVV2 number is the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.

How long will my goods take to arrive?

Your goods will usually be delivered to you within 3 - 5 working days by our DHL/Yodel, depending upon the delivery location. Once your order has been despatched, you will be able to track the status of the parcel on our Order Tracking page with your order number as the Consignemnt ID (Not Ident Code). Delivery will usually be made between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00. If for any reason your delivery doesn't arrive, please contact our Customer Services team on 0121 251 13150 or drop us an email quoting your order number.

Where can I have goods delivered to?

Orders placed via the website can only be delivered to the UK and Republic of Ireland. Orders placed over the phone can be delivered to most countries within the EU, Please see the table below for details.

Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are unable to offer delivery of some products, particularly chemicals, outside of the UK Mainland. If you try to order a restricted item, you will be unable to complete the checkout process.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

We pride ourselves on providing a fast, reliable, trackable delivery service. All orders are despatched from our warehouse using a 48hr service from DHL/Yodel. Depending on order value and delivery location there may be a nominal charge for delivery. Please refer to the table below for delivery charges.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been despatched, you will be able to track the status of the parcel on the DHL Website using your order number as the Consignemnt ID (Not Ident Code). What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you're not completely happy with your purchase in the first 12 months of purchase you can return the item to us for a refund or replacement. You can return to us any item that is damaged or faulty within this time period.

If you change your mind after placing your order, whatever the reason, any unused product may be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. We do ask that any unused product be returned in it's original packaging.

It's not possible to list everything on the website. Often we'll still have stock of an item even if it's not advertised online. If you can't find the product you're looking for call our Customer Service team on 0121 251 1350 and we'll check to see if it's still available.
