within a few days of buying the knob broke. did not send it back but super glued back on which only lasted a couple of weeks. very disappointing.

We're sending ours back. With Shreddies it mangles them to bits and they fly everywhere, not completely unexpected though. With muesli and choco pops it sometimes stops in a position where the cereal continues to pour out overflowing the dish and onto the table. With other cereals crumbs fly everywhere so some cleaning up needs to be done after using it. We didn't try Weetabix.

I have got two of these, and having used other cereal boxes I am well pleased even though you have to clean them up, I am about to order another one.
