Betterware offer FREE delivery to all UK addresses within 5 working days on all orders of £35 or more.

Delivery times, charges & destinations

The delivery charge is based on the total value of your order, where they are to be delivered to and the size/weight of your parcel.

Betterware is committed to keeping its delivery charges as low as possible for customers, so we've partnered with Hermes and DPD in order to offer you a more flexible delivery service.

We regret we are not currently able to offer delivery to other destinations.

Please note that we are unable to offer delivery of some products (e.g. chemicals) outside the UK Mainland. Should you attempt to order such a product for delivery to another destination this will be indicated during the order process and you will not be able to complete the checkout process.

Not all items available for sale are available for Supersaver delivery. Please consult the delivery information tab on individual product pages to determine which delivery methods are available.

Delivery will normally be made between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00. Orders sent via DPD will require a signature on delivery.

Supersaver delivery

Any orders that are placed with Supersaver delivery are sent on an economy service and we would expect you to receive your order within 5-7 days of it being despatched from our warehouse.

To keep costs down, your order may be sent by any one of our delivery partners, including Royal Mail and Hermes.

Orders sent via Hermes can be tracked online (see below for details). Items sent via Royal Mail are not.

Please note that we cannot tell you in advance which courier will be delivering your order. Your despatch confirmation email will let you know how your order has been sent and will provide you with tracking information if it's available.

If you need your order quickly or want the peace of mind of being able to track your order, you will be able to choose DPD during the checkout process.

Deliveries by DPD

All orders that are over £75 or include items that Hermes do not handle are sent via DPD on a 24 hour service. All orders that are sent via DPD are fully trackable online and we'll email you the tracking details as soon as your order has been despatched from our warehouse.

Please be aware that although DPD will deliver your order within 24 hours of it being despatched, we still need a day or two to process your order (sometimes longer after Bank Holidays & weekends). You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Important Information

  • All deliveries require a signature on delivery.
  • If you're not in when the courier attempts to delivery your order a card will be left that tells you who to call to arrange re-delivery.
  • Unfortunately DPD are not able to deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses - if you specify a BFPO or PO Box address, we may have to cancel and refund your order, unless we can arrange an alternative delivery method.
  • If you are not in on the first delivery attempt, the carrier will attempt to leave your goods with a neighbour as all items require a signature on delivery. The carrier will leave you a card informing you of where you goods have been left or who to call to arrange re-delivery.
  • In the unlikely event that the carrier is unable to locate your address, or there is no-one available to receive your delivery, the goods will be returned to the carrier's depot and attempts will be made to contact you to obtain further details. This can be achieved much quicker if you have provided us with a mobile telephone number.
  • If we are unable to contact you the goods will eventually be returned to Betterware. A charge may be applied to re-deliver the goods. If the failed delivery was due to error on the part of Betterware or our carrier no additional charges will be made.

Deliveries by Hermes

The majority of orders that are under £75 are sent via Hermes on a 72 hour service. All orders that are sent via Hermes are fully trackable online and we'll email you the tracking details as soon as your order has been despatched from our warehouse.  Occasional orders under £75 may be sent via DPD, again tracking information will be sent via email from the carrier.

Please be aware that although Hermes will deliver your order within 72 hours of it being despatched, we still need a day or two to process your order (sometimes longer after Bank Holidays & weekends). You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Deliveries Direct from Betterware Suppliers

Some products on our website are delivered direct from our Suppliers or Manufacturers. For these products our delivery promise varies according to the individual Supplier. Please refer to the product information on the website for details about this.

If for any reason your delivery should not arrive please contact us quoting your order number and date the order was placed.

If your order contains both Betterware stocked products & Direct Despatch products, you will receive multiple deliveries but will only be charged one delivery charge based on the total order value (see table above).

We can't guarantee that these multiple deliveries will be made on the same day due to the different lead times from our Suppliers.

Delivery Restrictions

Some of the items offered for sale on the Betterware website have restrictions on where they can be delivered - particularly chemicals and cleaning solutions. For health & safety reasons we are only able to ship these items to an address in the UK Mainland. Liquids and Chemicals can only be delivered by DPD.

If you try to order a restricted item for delivery outside the UK mainland, you will be presented with an error message during checkout that will ask you to remove the item from your basket.

If you still wish to order the item, you may still be able to do so through your local Betterware distributor. Please contact us for details of your nearest Betterware Distributor.

  • Your delivery address does not have to be your home – we will happily deliver to work addresses and to your friends/family/neighbours.
  • You can set up multiple delivery addresses in your online account, enabling you to choose the best address for each order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
  • Register your mobile phone number – in the unlikely event that your address cannot be located this will enable us to contact you much quicker for further details.
  • Delivery times may vary – so check the delivery table above for guidance on how long you can expect to wait before receiving your order. We promise that we will try to beat these times whenever we can.

What to do if your order has not arrived

If for any reason your delivery does not arrive within the promised timeframe, please contact our Customer Services Team, quoting your order number* and date the order was placed.

We do ask for you to wait until the promised timeframe has elapsed before contacting us because it is rare that we do not deliver on time.

*Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and will look like "WEB0300004"

Electrical Recycling

Recycling your old electricals is easy!
Did you know you can recycle your electrical and electronic devices for free at your local recycling centre?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of waste electrical items.

How are we helping?
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back scheme (DTS) and is the method of compliance for the vast majority of UK retailing.

Waste Batteries

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Betterware are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com

Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
