Absolutely ridiculous that a 4m long pole does not have a hosepipe attachment!

You have to dip it in a bucket each time you need water on it! Make sure you don't live by a main road or you'll get killed stepping out to dip!

I find this product to be poor quality it reaches the top windows ok but is a very small brush and the sqeegy is better than useless . The the attachment for fixing the brush to the pole is broken and no way of getting a replacement, I would not buy another as this has been a waste of money

This got one star because it couldn't get none. I tried using it and failed. A friend used it and was even ruder than me...

For a start the poles are very hard to get apart - you have to use a nail or similar to push the buton in fully. If they'd set it up like an umbrella with a slant it would have worked far better.

The brush is small and too soft to be of any real use. It did hold the water better than expected but didn't really take any dirt off.

The rubber was really the worst feature. It's badly made and wasn't smooth meaning lines went all down the glass. Worse than this though it was too stiff - it just smeared the water rather than removing it. I have used similar systems in the past so I do know what I'm doing but this was useless!

Probably the worst thing I've ever brought from Betterware - don't waste your money :-(

Reached the upstairs windows easily although a bit bendy if you have to put pressure on brush to remove stubborn marks.Over all good value for money.Delivery was excellent.
