The TWCC arrived today. How do I fix the cloth covered head to the pole? I have had no trouble fixing the window cleaning head with the rubber strip but the other head, no idea. A diagram would have been helpful with the kit.

This product is of poor construction and vastly overpriced. The articulated joint snapped after only the second time in use. No replacements available so it is now useless. This article (now reduced) should be withdrawn as not fit for purpose

Used once and the plastic head snapped off. Very expensive for a one time use. Very poor quality thin plastic head. Do not waste your money........

Used this only three times and the plastic joint between the head and pole snapped. This part cannot be replaced so the whole thing is now useless and will have to be thrown away.

I bought this to clean my own windows, used it 4 times and the plastic head snapped off. Very flimsy material, not impressed at all.

I used it to clean the glass roof of my conservatory. The bottom of three poles would not stay tight on to the middle one so I had to use a ladder. The sponge/mop is very flimsy and loose on a plastic frame and did not give good purchase on the dirtier parts of the roof. I adjusted the swivel head twice and on the second occasion the knob would not tighten up so it hangs limply at right angles to the main pole. I will just secure it with duck tape. I paid a lot of money for a cheap piece of plastic from China.
