Verified by VISA and Mastercard™ SecureCode®
Verified by VISA and Mastercard™ SecureCode® are essential services from VISA and Mastercard in association with your card issuer to provide added protection when you buy online. You don’t need a new card, simply register your existing card with the card issuer (please refer to your card issuer's own website for further information).
This service provides added protection against unauthorised use of your credit or debit card when you shop online. This should not be confused with your normal pin number that you use when shopping in the high street or when using cash machines. Use the links below to register today or contact your card issuer for more information.
When shopping on our website, if you card is eligible for these schemes you will see an information screen displayed from your bank when you submit your payment details. This screen will be displayed on our website but provided by the bank that issued the card you are making payment with. If you have not already registered your card, you can follow the online instructions to register securely. Once registered, you can complete your order. Alternatively you may choose to continue and register your card later.
Please note that the way the information is displayed is controlled by your card issuer and not by Betterware. Rest assured though that this service is secure and further protects you when shopping with Betterware online.
If you are at all concerned or confused, contact your bank to find out more about the schemes or contact our Customer Services team on 0845 121 1010 or webcsd@betterware.co.uk
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Once registered, you will be required to use your personal information on all subsequent online transactions for the card you have registered.
KEY BENEFIT:
These services are the online equivalent of high street chip & pin. By providing this additional security, Betterware is providing you with a secure and safe online shopping service. Also, from July 1st 2007, Maestro cards can only be accepted on websites providing the Mastercard SecureCode service.

Use of Information for Marketing Analysis
We currently contract with several online partners to help manage and optimise our Internet business and communications. We use the services of a marketing company to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site. To do this, we use Web beacons and cookies on this site. The type of information we collect includes the product codes & prices for items that visitors purchase and the pages visited.
This information helps us to understand what pages are most attractive to our visitors, which of our products most interest our customers, and what kinds of offers our customers like to see. This helps us to improve our service to further suit your requirements.
Although our marketing company logs the information coming from our site on our behalf, we control how that data may and may not be used and can guarantee that use of site is both safe & secure. If you do not want to help us learn how to improve our site, you can “opt-out” of our ability to analyse this data by going to http://www.omniture.com/privacy and following the opt-out instructions.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this important information.
