About Home Delivery & Product Returns
No matter how much you order, we'll deliver it all within 5 working days to any UK destination and if the order is over £35, it will be FREE as well!! Please see the table below for delivery times for all destinations.
Important Information
If you are not in when we attempt to delivery your order, if possible it will be left somewhere safe or with a neighbour and a card will be left informing you of this. On some larger-value orders we will require a signature upon delivery and we may seek to obtain this from a neighbour if you are not available.
Sorry but our carrier is not able to deliver to BFPO addresses - if you specify a BFPO address, we may have to cancel and refund your order unless we can arrange an alternative delivery method.
Helpful Hints
Make sure you use the "Delivery Information" box during the checkout process – here you can give us special instructions to help us get your order delivered as quickly as possible e.g. "If no answer, please leave with Dorah Jones at no.14"
When creating your delivery address, use your mobile phone as the contact number. In the unlikely event that we are unable to locate your address we can contact you quickly to obtain further details.
Make sure the email address you provide is used regularly. If at any time you need to change your email address, simply click on "Edit Personal Details" within "My Account".
Delivery times, charges & destinations
Betterware is committed to keeping its delivery charges as low as possible for customers, offering our customers discounted rates the more they spend and any premium charge is reflective of the costs of delivery incurred by Betterware.
A variable delivery charge will automatically be added to your order value, depending upon the total value of the goods you select and where they are to be delivered to, in accordance with the following table:

We regret we are not able to offer delivery to other destinations. Please note that we are unable to offer delivery of some products (e.g. chemicals) outside the UK Mainland. Should you attempt to order such a product for delivery to another destination this will be indicated during the order completion process and the product will be removed from your basket.
Delivery will normally be made between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00.
Delivery Service
Your goods will usually be delivered direct to you within 5 working days (UK) by our preferred third-party carrier (see table above for details). Betterware offers you the following delivery service:
If you are not in on the first delivery attempt, the carrier will attempt to leave your goods somewhere safe, or with a neighbour. For larger-value orders we will require a signature on delivery, which we may seek to obtain from a neighbour if you are not available. If appropriate, the carrier will leave you a card informing you of where you goods have been left.
In the unlikely event that the carrier is unable to locate your address, or there is nowhere appropriate to leave your delivery, the goods will be returned to the carrier’s depot and attempts will be made to contact you to obtain further details. This can be achieved much quicker if you have provided us with a mobile telephone number.
If we are unable to contact you the goods will eventually be returned to Betterware.
If you then require us to re-deliver we will arrange to do so but you will incur a second delivery charge (same value as original delivery charge) unless the failed delivery was due to error on the part of Betterware or our carrier.
From time to time we may offer you products that are delivered direct from our Suppliers or Manufacturers. For these products our delivery promise varies according to the individual Supplier. Please refer to the product information on the website for details about this. If your order contains both Betterware stocked products & Betterware Supplier Direct products, you will receive multiple deliveries but will only be charged one delivery charge based on the total order value (see table above). Unless specified otherwise, all products on this website are delivered on behalf of Betterware by our preferred carrier.

Deliveries Direct from Betterware Suppliers
Some products on our website may be delivered direct from our Suppliers because we do not stock them in our own warehouse.
For these products, delivery times may be different to our standard promise and this will be clearly marked in the product information on the website.
Multiple deliveries, Single delivery charge
If your order contains both Betterware stocked products & Betterware Supplier Direct products, you will receive multiple deliveries BUT will only be charged one delivery charge based on the total order value (see table above).
We can't guarantee that these multiple deliveries will be made on the same day due to the different lead times from our Suppliers.
Helpful Hints
We can deliver to your work address or to friends/family/neighbours on your behalf – all you need to do is specify the best delivery address when you place your order
Check the individual product page on the website to see whether a product is being sent direct from a Supplier or not.
Unless specified otherwise, all products on this website are stocked by Betterware and delivered by our preferred carrier on our behalf.

CHECK YOUR EMAILS!! You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
REGISTER YOUR MOBILE – in the unlikely event that your address cannot be located this will enable us to contact you much quicker for further details
DELIVERY TIMES VARY – so check the delivery table above for guidance on how long you can expect to wait before receiving your order. We promise that we will try to beat these times whenever we can

What to do if your order has not arrived
If for any reason your delivery should not arrive within the promised timeframe, please contact our Customer Services Team, quoting your order number* and date the order was placed.
We do ask for you to wait until the promised timeframe has elapsed before contacting us because it is rare that we do not deliver on time.

Returning Products
What if I change my mind after ordering?
At Betterware we are confident you will enjoy the quality of our products, so we offer all our customers a 28 day 'no quibble' money-back guarantee provided you return all the products unused and with original packaging*.
You will not be charged for the return of these products but we do not refund the original delivery charge unless the products are damaged or faulty on arrival at your specified delivery address.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return products at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. Our money-back guarantee goes beyond this cooling off period to protect your interests and does not affect your statutory rights.
* This guarantee only applies to Betterware's own stocked products and does not apply to third party products delivered by partners or suppliers. These products are clearly marked on the individual product pages. The standard 14 days cooling off period applies on products delivered direct from partners/suppliers.
What if a product is damaged or faulty?
If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within 12 months of purchase, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement product. Please retain your original sales advice document supplied with the goods.
